I have been going to OSM for about 4-5 years. The staff if absolutely remarkable. They are extremely efficient. You couldn’t ask for a more helpful staff. They are kind, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

I had a sharp burning pain in my eye, and they got me in to see the doctor squeezing me in to the schedule. I went back today to follow-up and again, they treated me like I had been a long term patient. I've found a new doctor that I trust with my eyes, and I'm very grateful to have found him!

I was sent to OSM directly from the eye doctor's since there could have been a possible issue with my right eye. They called OSM from the office and had me go right over. I had no pain or issues with that eye but Dr. Khalaf was being cautious which is always a good thing. When I got there I filled out just 2 papers and they took me right back. I went from one room to the other with the assistants putting drops in my eyes and doing whatever else they had to do. It was fast and professional with barely no waiting! I was so appreciative of no long waits like most of the time I have to do in most doctor offices. Turns out Dr. Ellenberg found it was just something I had to keep an eye on (no pun intended) and return in 3 months to check again. Also said if I had certain symptoms to call ASAP. My husband was with me and we both appreciated how efficient the office was run. I have an appointment in January for a re-check so I'm hoping we have the same experience!
