If there was a zero I would rate this ZERO. I was going to be a new client of Dr. Sarracino, after booking my first appointment there was some miscommunication about the date. I work in places where cell service doesn’t always work. I may have missed the reminder call. So I called and reschedule. 3 weeks before my rescheduled appointment I got a call from there Stratford office to reschedule due to the doctor’s not being able to make it I was at work at the time and couldn’t stay on the phone long so I called back the next day. The woman who answered told me that the only thing showing was the no show not the existing appointment that THEIR office called me to reschedule the attitude and worst service I’ve ever experienced. She acted as she was the smartest in the room. It amazing this practice thrives with employees like her with a pompadour attitude. Don’t go to these doctors they DONT CARE because they hire junk like the woman who answers their phones!!!
