I thought the staff was friendly but the check in was long. Oh sorry I have an appointment today but I got the bubble guts so I'm going to do a walk in at myvreferring Dr's (America's Best) later and try to reschedule. And I hate that it feels like there is only one restroom. If you get stranded it is a turbulent brisk walk to the nearest bus stop. So bring your cane or walker if you have one.

Went to my 8am appointment today. Was informed that my appointment had been rescheduled for Nov 13. Clerk stated that yes I was scheduled for today but was changed. I drove a long way to get there. I was not notified of this changed.

When I first got to my appointment, I was quite nervous and didn't know what to expect. The nurses were VERY nice and explained to me about the procedure, easing my anxiety. The procedure was quick and painless. Dr. Parchue was great!!
