Going to get fitted for a pair of glasses. Was supposed to show up at 8 AM on August 15, 2026 and Ebasi didn’t show up. Then later found out that he no longer worked there. Then I go back in to get fitted for a pair of glasses and the associate that was out of the crystal Lake Northwest I was covering because they didn’t have the staff in the optical department, and she was rude as hell to me actually, she was bashing Ebasi When I first got there of how he would op charge the patients when buying glasses. She was rude as all get out can’t remember her name and I walked out of there too. I can’t believe a professional Ophthalmology Office, and I had two very bad experiences with them. I would not recommend this place to anyone very unprofessional Office

If you're looking for a great ophthalmologist, Dr. Ackerman is it. She's very thorough and patient and kind. She took the time to really check what was going on with my eye and I can't thank her enough for her treatment.

Dr Qureshi is knowledgeable, compassionate, and provides excellent medical care! The front desk team is welcoming! The optician, Abasi, was helpful and got me a great deal on fashionable glasses. Lastly, the clinical tech explained everything she was doing and why, very friendly!

I have been coming to this site for many years. When my regular doctor retired, I thought I would give Dr. Kaplan a try. He was very caring, thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, when answering all my questions. It was a pleasure getting to know him and his staff.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr Kaplan for a number of years, and followed him thru 3 different offices. The quality of care between him and his team was exceptional. Every procedure was thoroughly explained.

Dr. Patel is too intense. They overcharge outrageously!! What use to be one visit for an exam, contacts and glasses prescription and the only charge was $50 for a refraction test has now (so far) cost me $270 and 3 visits. The third visit has yet to happen. I can’t imagine what they will charge me then!! When the clinic was under Ophthamology Associates I really liked Dr. Ware and the facility was wonderful. When Northwest Eye took over, my doctor left and I have had a terrible, expensive experience. Go somewhere else!!!

My experience with Opthalmology Associates has been a great blessing, especially the gift of improved sight, thanks to the skill of Dr. Evelyn Ackermann. I well remember the day after each of my cataract surgeries when she removed the protective cup over each eye, asking me to read the eye chart. Tears filled my eyes after both procedures, as I could read the chart so clearly for the first time in many years. Dr. Ackermann’s warmth, compassion, professionalism and expert eye care, as well as the kindness of all the staff, make this practice outstanding, and I highly recommend them to others!

Dr. Ware is the best I've been going here to see him for at least 3 years. I haven't seen much of the other staff for long but seem great. The place is always clean and great atmosphere
