Called to schedule emergency appointment and they wouldn’t schedule because I was cash pay. I was told I had to have insurance. The way you pay shouldn’t change the level of care you receive.

I cannot say enough great things about this place... The entire staff was great and Cathy was amazing! Dr. Warren is an exceptional doctor, truly awesome in every way. I had plenty of questions and he answered them without a problem or a rush. I then had more questions (after going down a YouTube rabbit hole about LASIK) a few days before my surgery and he called me, answered my questions and put me at ease. He was very understanding of my worries and nervousness about the surgery. This office felt like what every other office "tries" to feel like, except you can tell that Dr. Warren and his office/team are genuine, non of that "pretending" that I'm sure some of you have felt at some point when going into a doctor's office or business. I did not feel like a "number" and a rush to say yes so that I can pay and make room for the next customer. I do not really leave reviews but I felt like I owed them this one. I had a great experience with them. If you are a candidate, I would definitely recommend it. No glasses or contacts and feeling great 1 month from surgery. Let me add this, Dr. Warren also showed me something in my eyes that no other doctor had showed me or saw, I thought that was a big deal and showed me he was thorough in his craft.
