Ophthalmology Associates is a wonderful practice. They are responsive, helpful and efficient. I have been a patient of Dr. Flannigan for 10+ years. She is professional, knowledgeable and personable. In addition to providing exceptional care, they provide on site frames and optometrist. A special shout out to Katrina who fixed up my frames in no time!

Dr. Niles has been my doctor for over 20 years. His office staff is very friendly and professional. I’m very grateful to have a doctor like Dr. Niles, who specializes in glaucoma. I highly recommend Ophthalmology Associates of WNY.

Pretty darn frustrated with this place. Was just there for almost 2.5 hours for my annual appointment with the doctor I’ve seen for the last 3 years, and they didn’t tell me that my doctor doesn’t provide a contact lens prescription anymore and that I’d need to see another doctor to get the prescription I come for every.single.year and order from them EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR. I’ve been a patient there for maybe 15 years and my appointment has been scheduled since last year and they forgot they I need a contact lens prescription?!? I found out at the end of the appointment when talking to optical that I wasn’t given a contact lens prescription. And now I need to go back for another appointment to get fitted for the contacts that I wear almost every day by a different doctor…. And the doctor - Dr Flanigen - chose not to tell me that she no longer fits for contacts even though I was talking about them during my appointment with her. Every year I’m given that prescription and this year no one told me all their changes, yet the exam was thorough and felt the same. Unbelievable. Definitely at least switching doctors.
