Every member of the staff I’ve encountered has been very friendly and helpful. Dr. Rojas is an incredible doctor. He really cares about you and makes you immediately feel like you’re in the best hands. I’m so glad I found this place and am thankful for the care I’m receiving.

I have had many visits to Ophthalmology Associates and they have all been 5 star. Today I was at the New Berlin location and I have to comment on how great the office people are. Lynda in Optical went out of her way to satisfy my questions by contacting one of the doctors at the Greenfield location. She has always been great but today she was outstanding. Thanks Lynda.

I am a Care Manager for a HMO and I called with an Arabic interpreter and a member on the line to assist with scheduling an appointment for the member. While trying to do so, the woman that answered the phone hung up, which is extremely unprofessional and rude. She never said her name when she answered and I wish she did. Regardless, do better!
