Ophthalmology Partners, Ltd. is a four doctor multi-specialty practice in Deerfield and Lake Bluff, Illinois. It offers comprehensive eye care, contact lens fittings and exams, pediatric eye care, cataract surgery, glaucoma care and surgeries, diabetic eye care, uveitis care, and plastic and reconstructive surgery.

The practice has served the community over forty years. Dr. May started it in Deerfield in the 1970s. Dr. Warren joined in 1997, followed by Dr. Fountain, fellowship trained in oculoplastics, and Dr. Morales, fellowship trained in pediatric and general ophthalmology. All four doctors are board certified ophthalmologists.
