I booked an annual eye exam with Mount Sinai and confirmed multiple times before the appointment that my responsibility would be a $75 copay based on my insurance. After the visit, Mount Sinai billed me exactly $75. I paid it immediately. Then I received a second bill for several hundred dollars for the same appointment. Over the last several months, I’ve tried to resolve this through Billing and Patient Relations. I’ve received inconsistent explanations, promised callbacks that never happened, and my voicemails have gone unanswered. I relied on the information your office gave me before the appointment. I paid the bill you sent me. I’m not paying a surprise bill for a mystery service that I never agreed to.

Making an appointment has never been to easy the receptionist was so nice helpful amazing service
