I don't sure rate 1 is going to be too much for the service that I got from this office. I've been contacting the nurse to give an authorization for my CT scan facility for more than a month and keep posting my CT scan every week more than a month. From last insurance until new insurance in June. Nobody has done anything even I called patient relation and also sent message on my chart. Nurse Brittany said I've not updated my insurance. Only thing she has to say but last insurance 2 months before, she hasn't done anything too until I update new insurance information, she is still hasn't done anything. What's kind of the attitude of the nurse of healthcare worker. They has ruined their image since COVID 19. They thing they could control patient's life? If they don't like any patient, they can hold up the process of checking testing or anything else? This is almost end of June, less COVID but this nurse hasn't even done anything for me. If you are going to see the doctors in this office, please be aware of nurse's services. They could control over your life if they don't like you.

great place. my girlfriend works there, and the few times ive been to visit her, the employess were very helpful and polite, if not extremely quiet and low key. the place has a lobby, where you check in, from i remember you have to be visiting someone, for obvious reasons, to be allowed in. but, once that is taken care of its very open and most halls are quite accessable, and with many old pictures of the place from the early 1900s and even before, and other beautiful pictures and displays. i think i even remember there being a small library type room. i should note, that everytime ive visited her work, ive always come from a different way, therefore my description of the front desk may not be the same as others. but from my experiences, in general, im sure most would find it pleasant, if they can forgive the slowness, as in all offices, in which things seem to happen. my girlfriend tells me all the time that they are shortstaffed some days and are worked to the bone. i think we often forget the employees frustration and stress and workload when we are only thinking of our own misguided frustration that many take out on the secretaries and front desk. it would be better if everyone would send complaints to the higher ups about their frustration, so when you are in that situation and the person youre dealing with seems stressed, try to cheer them up or make a joke, or relate with your own work issues instead of taking it out on them. you dont know what they have to put up with at the job, so just breath.. :-)
