Nice experience with exam and customer service. But, if your in a hurry to recieve your glasses, this is not the place you. It has been 2 weeks since my purchase and I still have not received my glasses. I realize it was a holiday weekend, but damn. Maybe they're being made in China.

This was my first visit today and they were all great. Connie was at the front desk and also helped me pick out frames. Very patient and kept getting frames until I found one I liked. I saw Dr Tran and she was great. Explained everything has she went. I did not feel rushed at all. Last one I went to I felt like get me in and out quickly. Had a lot of different frames and the prices were not bad either. There was a gentlemen there also, sorry can't remember his name, but anytime Connie wanted to double check something, he was right there, no complaining. Also interacted with the customers that were waiting. I have found my new eye place.

Had my first experience with Opti-mart today. Was better than expected. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Dr. was exceptional. Took the time to answer my questions. I never felt rushed. Pleasant environment. I highly recommend.
