The customer service all around is amazing. Starting with the receptionist area, doctor, and the ending of my appointment with Esmeralda. I love that it’s a center full of women and they empower each other. The doctor was super attentive and nice, answered all of my questions. Esmeralda was everything, sweet, down to earth, felt like a close friend we talked about everything. She was uplifting and encouraging to me. She definitely needs to be recognized and she made me feel so comfortable. Made my visit less stressful and productive. Amazing clinic, can’t wait to pick up my glasses. I’m excited!

I’m going to give the front desk the benefit of the doubt and give another chance for customer service, we were the last appointment of the day. She seemed annoyed to have the business coming in. After a walk in inquired about appointments, she complained to the other staff about the customers requests after she left, right in front of us. The rest of the experience was pretty good with the doctor.

Absolutel best place to go for glasses, contacts and exams. They make you feel like family. They are accommodating and very nice. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. The doctor and staff are amazing. If I could give 100 stars, I would!
