Was there for a quote on my prescription eye glasses took my prescription and frames the lady at the front desk she didn't bother to see my prescription right away toll me $280 for 1 pair. Went to Costco and pay $100 for transition driveware

I had an amazing experience with my doctor during my recent eye appointment. From the moment I walked in, I could tell he truly cared about my eyesight and overall well being. He took the time to thoroughly examine my eyes and my medical history, he asked thoughtful questions to understand my concerns. He was patient, explaining everything in detail and making sure I understood all the options available to me. He provided me with 1 pair of eye contacts right then and there. I wish I would’ve known about this place sooner! 10/10 will be coming back.

My experience was 5 star worthy. The employees were patient and kind while allowing me to try on all the different glasses I wanted without rushing me. My glasses even arrived before the anticipated arrival date. Thank you for the great service!

Love coming to this place for my glasses! Very affordable! Ladies are very helpful if you can’t decide which frame you like, they also have your glasses ready in 15min! Of course depending if they can or not. Overall best place for glasses!

The staff are extremely helpful, knew which frames suit your face the most, and help you find anything specific you are looking for. I use glasses with prescription, and in 2 days they were ready for pickup. I definitely reccomend

Wonderful experience and friendly staff. I was in and out for my optometrist appointment. One of the things I dislike the most about doctor visits is that you aren't seen at the time scheduled....so it was a nice surprise to be in an out so quickly. The ladies on the side of the glasses were kind, friendly and really helped me out. I'd recommend if you're looking for prompt, fast, friendly service.

I had a great experience at this optometrist office. I went in for an eye exam and to pick out frames (no lenses yet), and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and also just an amazing person overall. We actually shared some laughs during the appointment, which made the experience feel comfortable and not rushed at all. I also want to give a special thank you to Bibi. She was a tremendous help when it came to picking out frames. She really took the time to guide me and helped me choose frames that fit my face perfectly. Her patience and eye for style made a big difference. Overall, I highly recommend this office. Great service, great people, and a very welcoming atmosphere

Very grateful for the two wonderful lady’s Evelyn and vivi. I called in desperate need of glasses and even though Vivi was supposed to leave at 3:30 she stayed to make sure I got my glasses! It took less then 10 minutes and was very cost efficient

to start off ama say GO WITH BIBI. i was helped quickly got my glasses and did my exam within an hour. it was so quick and staff was really nice. really nice people really respectful loved and now im all guapo haha.

I have been buying my kids glasses here for two years and I have had the best experience with this location off the gateway. They are fast, efficient and have the best prices. The glasses themselves are durable and they make them quick! Thanks for helping us out!

Super quick service and the receptionist lady was so sweet and helpful! She made sure we were helped right away as well as the other customers in the store as well. She explained the prices and let my daughter try on her glasses comfortably. My daughter got her glasses in 20 minutes. Thank goodness because it was my only day off and I wanted to get it taken care of the same day!

The lens didn't last but maybe 4 months. And it took them a month to get it right in the beginning. The get a foggy film on them and you can't get them off. They won't warranty them and it's a waste of money and time. Never going back.

I was just reading that people get hung up on and the lady that answered the phone just did that lol after I asked if they took walk ins for eye exams. She said yes we do. Then she asked if I had insurance. I said no and she said “you actually do need an appointment” and hung up . Well I guess they don’t want cash
