Super nice and actually accepted my moms Medicaid insurance for materials as well. Other eye doctors didn’t. My mom was able to receive her prescription glasses and nice frames fully covered. Thank you so much Optica Eye Center! She’s very happy.

Worst place ever to go! Although I have no complaints about the doctors there , I do have big complaint with staff! These ladies are not multitasked, confused, never answer phones , and very poor communication, very! Take forever to call you back ! You would think working at front desk be more professional, organized and would assure all new patients are aware what is needed at time of appointment, this is the third time going there were we could not see the doctor due to front staff inability to communicate documentation needed or some other issue on their behalf., Mind you they called us three different times and never made us aware what to bring. Or called to cancel because they overbook , or yet again an issue on their part. There is very little to non variety of glasses to chose from as well. Save yourself the wasted gas because they don’t follow up or communicate well and headache!

They never Answer their phone! Like why have a phone if your not going to answer. I have been waiting on my sons glasses now going onto 3 months and have been trying to get a hold of them to get an update. Always goes to voicemail, then you leave a voicemail and they don’t return your call! Have been coming here for years and never had a problem before. Please avoid the hassle and headache coming here.
