Literally no one answers the phone. Ever. One time someone picked up said hello and then hung up on me and when I called right back proceeded to ignore my calls. Steer clear of this headache. Life is chaotic enough at times, don't add the stressor of not being able to reach your optometrist. Imagine needing to see them for a more urgent visit.
