Been in here several times and every time I have been given 5 star treatment.
The manager GT, is very knowledgeable about all his shades in the boutique. They also do all the shade repairs for all the luxury brands in the Plaza. GT has personally fixed my own Versace shades when broken. They have the largest selection of Cartier shades I’ve seen anywhere.
If you need some shades, look no further than Opicta.

We came in to get nose pads for my glasses.The costumer service was amazing, and very helpful. GT was extremely polite and friendly, he explained everything to us and helped us get the best pair! If you are looking for a great pair of glasses Optika is the place to go!

Could not be more pleased with the service that Randy "GT" Tiger provided recently. Brought my Cartier frames in for new perscription lenses. The process was seamless as GT explained the options and made recommendations based on my needs. Customer service like this is rare and welcomed.
