Jacob was FANTASTIC!! He was very knowledgeable! He taught me I had a year warranty on my lenses and had the claim submitted in no time! He also gave me suggestions on what style would work for me (with my prompting). Let me also mention the Doctor was great as well as Leslie and Isabel. The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Dr. Pankey is an excellent doctor. He shows your eye on computer and understandably discuss your eye health care with you. His professionalism has earned his position as my Optometrist.
