Dr. Pickett is my favorite eye doctor yet. Never have to wait for my appointment and scheduling is usually never more than a week out. Great customer service! Everyone who works there is always so helpful and friendly.

Tina, Kathy, Zoey and Greg were all awesome!! I’m a new patient and I’ll be an annual patient now, highly recommend!

Dr. Pickett and his staff are absolutely amazing! They are always kind, professional, and ready to help with any questions or concerns. Dr. Pickett takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure his patients fully understand their eye health and care. I’ve been going to Optical Associates since I was young, and now my kids are patients too. The care and consistency we’ve received over the years have always been exceptional. I truly wouldn’t trust our vision needs with anyone else!

We have been going to Optical Associates for many years and have always been very well pleased. Dr Picket is absolutely wonderful! We are more than willing to make the half hour drive to go see him.

This is now my optometrist office and this is after my second real appointment with them. Everyone who works in this office are extremely nice and the doc is extremely thorough and takes time to answer all my questions so we can best take care of my needs.

Dr Pickett and the staff are very friendly and very helpful. It was an enjoyable experience as I gained knowledge about my vision and diabetic concerns. They treat you with kindness and courtesy and are genuinely interested in you as a person and a patient. I highly recommend them for your eye care.

I had my first visit here today, and I am so happy with how it went. I work in healthcare and in my opinion this office checks all the boxes. The staff and the doctor are all so welcoming and kind! The receptionists were great, and greeted me as soon as I walked, and then helped with all my insurance questions after. Clean, courteous, quick and extremely friendly and efficient. From the moment we walked in until we left. The whole staff and Dr. Greg Pickett were amazing. Helped my son relax and feel comfortable. we left with one of the best experiences ever in any doctor setting. 10/10 recommend.

Staff were friendly, polite and knowledgeable, and the building was clean and well-kept. Prices were quite reasonable, with some really good discounts on some of the frames. I would definitely recommend this business.
