I arrived to the Palm Bay office and was met with a smiling face from the receptionist. Check in was simple and easy. It wasn’t long before I was called back to start my appointment process. There were several steps to my process before seeing the doctor, and all were handled very smoothly and professionally. I arrived with my patience and with the understanding that there is one excellent doctor that we all trying to see. Dr. Vashnov is one of the very best in his profession. He knows his stuff. He has a fabulous professional staff that keeps everyone moving smoothly. There maybe an emergency eye surgery needed during a routine appointment that’s why I bring my patience. The staff at the Palm Bay office are exceptional. The office got a new computer system which was challenging for them but they all remained pleasant and calm. The appointments were all running far behind but they were unfazed and surprisingly so was the full waiting room! Dr. Ganiban was his usual relaxed efficient and capable self. 4 stars instead of 5 due to the extremely long wait.

Appointment was for a series of eye related measurements so i interacted with several technicians as well as Dr Straut. All were very pleasant and answered my questions. I never felt rushed although they were clearly busy people. I fully recommend the Eye Institute.
