Easy to schedule an appointment to view the glasses, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The frames and lenses were very affordable too!

Marc acknowledged that I had brought choices for frames with me and assisted me as we looked at all available frames on display. I appreciated his knowledge of specific types of frames/shapes. Even though KP had recently launched a new program, he had no trouble accessing my info and readily reviewed the options I had chosen.

Sonny Ravelo at Kaiser Permanente’s DOCO/Railyards vision center is excellent in helping find the right glass frames and lenses while saving you money. I was fortunate to meet with Sonny recently and took his excellent recommendation for cost-effective frames for my new pair of glasses. Sonny helped me 4 years ago with my previous glasses which have worked great - I am very appreciate that I was able to meet with him again for my new pair.

Victoria was awesome, she took her time with me picking the right frames. She understood my special lens needs. And she made the whole thing easy and painless. If only all the people that worked for Kaiser were as nice and as good as she is.

This Kaiser location is the closest to my home and it provides a lot of lounge space, with windows!, and a coffee/snack bar. Also in the lounges (ground floor & 2nd floor) I saw people snacking, quietly talking, reading mobile devices, "studying" at desk-like tables, and just sitting for a while. This type space is a luxury for a medical clinic (actually, multiple clinics in the building). I lounged between two appointments without having to leave the building. I could have brought my lunch, if I'd known.

Victoria L. was so helpful! She answered many questions I had about getting new lenses, using my existing frames. She is most knowledgeable and a great communicator. Her customer service is excellent! She also went over options and costs, and how my insurance works. Please thank her, and your whole team there.

The gentleman took his time to explain things to me. In a world where it seems like businesses will make you feel like you need things, even though you don't just to make more money, he told me about options I didn't know were available to me to help me save money. He let me know that I could keep the frames I had, which are still in great shape, instead of paying more for new frames, and just have the lenses replaced. With my limited budget, that was extremely helpful.

Alexis is the best at helping and getting us to relax and take time finding the just right glasses. She is great at customer service and great at helping us.

I recently picked up my contact lens order. Upon putting in my contacts I noticed that my left one was blurry. I took it out and tried again same results. I then looked at the box and and then my prescription and noticed it did not match. I called today to inform the representative that the prescription was entered in correctly. The will only replace the left box. I opened both right and left. And my 30 days ends on the19th. It takes 5-7 days for delivery. So, now my right box will be off. Their only solution was for me to purchase another right box. I just paid $136 per box. Guess I'll be going to the Kaiser that's further out from now on. Update: I called to check when I would receive my left box and was told not until December 5th. Ugh...

It was grand, the wife and I had already checked out the available frames and made our decision before the appointment so it was easy. The optician took both of us and we set the lense packages for the four frames we had chosen and the optician showed us how we could both save a bit of money and get a better product. We thanked him, paid the tabs and were happily on our way. 2 to 3 weeks the glasses will come to the mailbox.
