Truc is very experienced, and knowledgeable in helping me find the perfect fit and lenses for my face. I went to 4 other Kaisers and they are not as attentive or have as much experience to help you. Truc is a great asset to his dept.The receptionist was excellent also, great team work!

The doctor was good but whoever was working in the fitting area that days was amazing. I forget his name, but thank him for me!

Truc and his coworker and then the receptionist took me as a walkin today and I got a frame to replace the broken ones and tips on how best to reduce further scratches and wear on the lenses. The receptionist was patient as I telephoned and waited on my wife to provide us with the payment card information. I am thankful for the 3 folks who were involved.

I felt well cared for. The doctor took her time to ask me questions, listen to what I had to say, and she explained everything very well. The appointment never felt rushed, I felt like she answered any questions I had and she was very thorough, and professional.

It was a simple appointment -- just pick out some frames to replace a pair of glasses I lost. The gentleman who helped was very helpful, very friendly and very funny. It made an irritating situation (I had to replace a lost pair of glasses that I only bought 2 months ago!) much more pleasant. Thank you.

His dedication, commitment, purpose and passion to provide the best possible service to Kaiser members make Optical Center and Kaiser a truly great place to get care. Also, I would like to acknowledge Henie for her excellent phone communication skills and her willingness to accommodate earlier appointments for me to come in to see Truc to help me fix and adjust my glasses that felt down on the ground and caused some scratches. I walked away feeling satisfied and happy. I highly recommend the Optical Center.

Big selection and outstanding service.

Kaiser optometry in Livermore is always so friendly and helpful. Truc, is especially helpful with picking out eyewear. I had a scratch in a pair of prescription glasses I ordered a year ago. He ordered another set and said I could keep my frames. He will pop them in for me when the new set arrive. Very easy and friendly one stop shopping right at Kaiser Livermore Optometry!

She was very helpful with my optical insurance plan, patient when I looked for different eyeglasses choice and very curtious.
