11/20/19 I ordered glasses 21 days ago, I was told they may take longer do to the holiday. I had not heard anything so I decided to call 12/09/19. They said, "we sent a text message on the 4th" it's now the 9th and no one bothered to follow up. Mind you I never received a text.... I was excited to get my glasses, and now I feel irritated and for the amount of money I paid I feel the service is not worth it! I'm planning on picking up my glasses today 12/09/19 and I will not arrive until 5:40-5:45 If they are not open (like some of the other reviews say) I will be speaking to a supervisor or someone higher in staff. This is Kaiser, they service should not be like this. Especially for this new building....

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER—Kaiser Optical at Riverside/Cirby, Roseville. It should only be half of a star! Kaiser member for over 40+ years. I have never experienced such poor customer service. It’s the worst $1,000.00 I have ever spent for two pairs of glasses. I am very disappointed, I even cancelled my upcoming contact fitting appointment. Don’t waste your valuable time and money at this location you will regret it!!

I am a kaiser member. They left me a message that my Aug 10th appointment has been cacelled. Please call and reschedule.. I have tried twice to call and line always busy. No explanation as to why it was cancelled and by whom.
