Theresa was astute, friendly & helpful. She questioned the accuracy of a number on my prescription & called my ophthalmologist who said the number was a mistake. it was corrected and my glasses were ordered.

Very good customer service. Vanessa helped with all questions and was very knowledgeable. I learned new things about the anti-reflective coatings. It was easy and quick to choose lenses and frames.

Service was excellent. Brian did a well practiced job of helping selecting frames, fitting the frames and making sure the glasses were correct for my needs and prescription.

A huge thank you to Brian. He needs to go to Daly City and train the staff, including the manager of 3 weeks. I got glasses last year. They never fit correctly. Daly City said it was the lenses and had them remade. 2nd pair still was off. I was told to get another eye exam. I did. Remade again. Still not fitting. Several people tried to adjust them, but told me it was my head. Been wearing my 5 year old glasses. In 10 minutes, Brian did what many people in Daly City could not do....His job. Thank you again Brian. The lady that checked me in was kind as well.

Today was my first time to consider my eye vision sadly. However Brian helped and explained about whats going on with my vision and glasses well. I didn't buy anything but he made me feel wanna go back and ask him to help in the future.

Every time always a good visit. The workers know and explain all about glasses before u pick and order your pair. And they will fit to your face after u receive them at home.

Vanessa the optician agreed to see us because the provider who were scheduled with was tied up with their patient who had arrived late for their appointment. I was really impressed that Vanessa stepped in so we could be seen on time. She was very knowledgeable and patient and great with my young daughter. Highly recommend her and San Mateo optical sales was great!

This location cancelled my contact fitting the day of because Kaiser booked my appt was booked with a dr who doesn’t even do the service and I was notified one hour before my appointment. I waited a month just to be cancelled the day of and now I have to wait even longer. Terrible customer service what a disappointment

Brian greeted me punctually for my scheduled appointment period I told him exactly what I wanted and he was very helpful in guiding me to make sure that i saw what options were available in the style that I wanted. The transaction was very easy, I understood my options, and I was happy with how smoothly everything went.

Overall great CSR and received my glasses in half the expected time - under a week - when the estimated time was 2 weeks. One gripe I had though was they should notify the customer when the glasses are shipped, the delivery schedule, and tracking. Surprised they don't provide this.

Making an appointment was easy using the KP app. Selection was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Brian is a great guy with a lot of knowledge. He helped me find what I was looking for. I received my glasses yesterday and they are perfect.

Theresa T. was fantastic! She was good at both the technical/financial details as well as the fashion side of my appointment. As for the details/options/cost stuff, Theresa knew the material well, answered my questions in terms of my concerns, and wasn't too pushy with the upsell. A great soft touch. For the fashion bit, I need hand holding. Usually, I can tell if like how some frames look on me or not. Almost always, I can't explain why and Theresa was able to notice and communicate details and patterns of what was working for me and what wasn't. I also felt like she wasn't in a rush to serve me and get me out the door. After we came across a pair that I liked, she kept picking other pairs to try. I don't remember if I ended up choosing a newer pair that she suggested, but I remember what it felt like to trust her opinion and feel cared about.

Vanessa was pleasant, knowlegable, helpful. She is also a good marketer because she convinced me to buy a second set of eyewear for emergencies.

Much better help here than in the Redwood City Kaiser office. Vanessa Bautista is especially competent and able to provide personalized service in adjusting old glasses as well as fitting new ones.

Brian Ilas was very helpful with lens and frame choices explaining pros and cons and simplifying my options. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. I received my glasses within 4 days.
