My contact fitting appointment with Jessica at the Santa Rosa Optical Center was top-notch from beginning to end. I can honestly say she provided me with the best customer service experience and deserves recognition for her communication skills. I suggest Kaiser put her in charge of training their entire staff.

Jessica helped me solve my first-time progressive lens questions, and offered different solutions to fit my specific challenge. She was funny and gracious. I left the morning appointment feeling my day had begun so pleasantly. Not always the experience with mundane appts like this.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Good customer care, but it's expensive.

Was having issues with my right eye and found I had a cataract. Didn’t know I had one until the dr said mine was getting worse. I never heard that before and had many questions and all were answered to my satisfaction. I’m not one to ask questions but this time I felt very comfortable with my dr so I’m better informed than in the past. Felt very comfortable and would like to say thank you for the information. My outlook is good and I have no worries. Thanks

My optician gave me valuable info / advise, LISTENED to my specific concerns / needs , was very personable and took me early...didn't rush. Explained everything to my satisfaction. Very nice lady....loved her sense of humor.

Jessica Martinez assisted me at the Santa Rosa optical center and provided the care and assistance I needed. She helped walk me through different options and solutions for mono vision contact lenses. I was impressed with the patience and compassion with which she expressed during my visit and wanted to post a positive review to say thank you.

I have been flabbergasted by the kindness and the attention that I received by a very large cast of professionals in my journey toward getting cataract surgery in an amazingly short time. There are so many people to thank, and I have to them, but at the center of all this is the amazing Dr. Klamp, my surgeon, who was so generous with his time and his great skill. I am eighty-two years old, so in the "olden days" we would always show the highest respect to anyone by saying: "You are THE CAT'S PAJAMAS." I got my glasses totally repaired at Kaiser yesterday. One of my favorite aspects of Kaiser is that their technicians repair glasses!

When shown a picture of the frames I would like, Ms. Cabriana immediately found them and explained options for lenses. Kaiser Optical has a great and varied collections of frames at good prices.

I broke my glasses while out of town. I was given a telephone appointment and able to order a replacement pair while out of town. Cutting my wait time once I return.

Lutchie, in the optical department at Kaiser Permanente in Santa Rosa was very nice and very accurate. She doubled and triple checked her measurements to make sure the glasses I was ordering would be perfect.

Had a full eye exam series and purchases lens and frame for glasses. Provider and support teams very helpful, briefed me on latest technologies for vision restoration and best lens for my corrections. Fair pricing on equipment.

Lori Borcher is a gem, she helped me select the frames and lenses I need and I was very happy with the appointment. She makes chooses frames fun and is a joy to work with.

The lady at optical center was extremely helpful, with so many ideas and suggestions. But BUT I also requested some medical records last week and haven't see them anywhere. Please keep all KP departments in excellent functionality, I love Kaiser NOT kp.org

I received a call that the physician I was scheduled to see had called out sick and I needed to reschedule my appt. I explained my situation and how important it was for me to be seen that day or next morning before I left for out of state trip . Staff worked their magic and was able to squeeze me in-between other appts. Outstanding customer service ! Very accommodating, and friendly staff (office staff and doctors)!!! Very very pleased with their outstanding assistance. 👍👍👍

I remember Tina being the one who helped me the last time I picked out frames, etc. She is very helpful and friendly as well as professional. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful in making decisions.

Excellent service at Kaiser's Santa Rosa Optical Center. Quick and courteous check-in followed by a short wait to see an optician. Besides helping me order frames for reading glasses, the optician adjusted my bifocals so they stayed in place on my head! Much better than having them fall off every time I nodded! It probably helped that I'd made an appointment, but that was very easy, too.

Great experience - my rep was so helpful, helped me stay in budget and find what I liked and was able to put my order on hold for a few days so I could figure out how to pay without using CCs. Great help!

Gina Pittler was very helpful and kind when helping me pick out frames and lenses. Plus she repaired my current glasses so they would be useable during my 2 week wait for the new pair. Awesome experience.

I have to say that my experience with the Kaiser optical process was incredibly awesome. I thought it was gonna be difficult and detailed, and although it was very detailed, it was quick. It was very involved and I felt like the ophthalmologist knew what she was doing and was able to answer all of my questions very well without hesitation. The exam was thorough and I have to say This has been a really positive experience for me with Kaiser. Also, I dropped into the eyeglass shop and the person there named Gina had been there a long time she was able to save me some money and was very educated on what would be useful for me.. I was really impressed with the whole process actually.

They are great staff but I feel it's pretty pricey. I go online to buy my glasses due to that.
