Always prompt and not a wait to be seen. Dr. S is very sweet and thourgh and friendly staff. I have recommend the office to many.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We waited for an hour after our appointment time. They did not tell us about extra fees for specific specialty lenses they wanted us to "try". Very rude staff. The doctor was polite, but the office staff- terrible. We will pay the out of network costs to go back to Hillcrest Optical.

While the doctor is nice the staff will you give you the run around if you have any problems. I do not suggest using this group under any circumstances. I am still dealing with a problem I am having with them and the office was of no help so I am not even sure why the doctor has one if she can't handle situations. The two girls up front however were very friendly. I will not return nor will recommend anyone use this group, even if you have insurance that picks surely there is somewhere you can go where they value your business as here they must not. I am however awaiting a call from the doctor, we shall see how long that takes.

I like the doctor and the staff that WAS here. They have a group of girls now that are not helpful at all. There was a blonde girl that worked here who was very helpful! I wish my insurance covered for another Dr.

I've always enjoyed coming here and I've been coming here for years. Today was a rough visit at no fault of theirs. I have menieres disease and today's visit triggered an attack of vomiting and vertigo. The staff was so great and understanding! Having attacks in public is never fun, but having an attack in public during a pandemic is worse somehow... But the staff never made me feel bad about it and they took great care of me. My mom and I were preoccupied with my well being that I can't even remember the frames I chose. I sure hope in like them! 🤣🤣

Office is 45 minutes from our home, but closest provider by insurance. Made appointments for family of 4. Selection was poor. i.e., they had 2 Michael Kors frames and both were red! Got rx to take to another provider with better selection and glasses ready in one hour instead of 2 weeks from this place. Glasses were made and when picked up, were incorrect due to the fact that the office staff wrote the rx down wrong! When I called and talked to the office manager, her response was that she can't help where we go to get glasses and sometimes these things happen! I asked for rx to be emailed. After 2 days I had to call again because rx wasn't sent. Apparently, they can't figure out how to copy an email address from an admission form correctly and don't think it is important to verify the address before promising to send the rx immediately. This has been a huge hassle and I would recommend no one use this office unless you live really close and have a lot of time and patience to spare. The doctor was fantastic and it is a shame that his office staff is ruining his reputation. They don't dress or act professionally at all!

Very nice people an the eye Dr is on tact with exam an he is very nice

Super friendly and very helpful. I was running a little late and the Dr. stayed to see me. I didn’t have to wait longer than 10 mins and the exam was very thorough. Ladies up front were extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend Optical Dimensions!

I've been going here since I moved here with my family. They are the nicest people and helpful. They are very personable.

Everyone was nice and I really like the Dr. He helped me find the right contacts. And made sure I was happy and they were the right ones for me, kind and patient.

Never made it to the dr, simply because of the rudeness and attitude of the old brunette lady who seems to be running the front desk area.

Staff were really nice but there was a long wait. Dr was great. Very thorough. Decent selection of frames. Note that they are closed for lunch from 12-1.

This was probably the worst place I’ve ever been to for an eye exam. Fees were added that were covered by my insurance and I was told it was because the insurance company would not reimburse them in the future. Now please tell me why is that on me (the customer). When questioning the charge I was told by the office manager that all their other customers are grateful they bill it that way. Needless to say I will not be going back and I loved the doctor. He was very nice. But I won’t be taken advantage of about my money.

Dr Sahawneh is by far the best in the business. He will give excellent service and spends time with you to make sure all your questions have been answered and to also make sure when you do leave there your are completely satisfied. He is a very humble and kind hearted Christian man. He loves his patients. I highly recommend him for all your eyes needs. 5 Star exam!!!!

The Dr. and staff were Awesome! They were all very friendly, kind and helpful. It's not easy when your vision starts to go, but they really put my mind at ease. They also went above and beyond to answer my questions and tend to my needs. I Highly recommend Optical Dimensions.

This place is great I love the Dr and team. In and out in about 45 minutes. The Dr is the only one that has picked up on my stigmatism.

I was speaking to the first receptionist she was very professional she goes to hand the chart to the other lady she has an attitude and she looks at us saying have a seat like I was a child with a rude tone. She was an older blonde woman I don’t know her name when I left I called to get the corporate number the same lady answered she tells me there is no corporate number and no complaint number and let me know she was the one I had the issue with I told her she could have talk better to customers than what she did she proceeds to apologize being sarcastic they get zero stars from me.

I've been going here for years since I was around 13 yrs old & now going on 30 lol but I've never had any issues. Dena specifically is amazing, everytime I come in she's never not helpful, I'm an indecisive person when it comes to choosing glasses & she's beyond sweet & helpful on assisting me & making sure I get what I want without feeling rushed. I definitely love her & her energy. Thank you Dena 😊🙏🏽

They tell you up front how much the cost will be. They ask you about certain procedures before charging you. Great eye doctor, my family will keep using them.

I had the pleasure of meeting Maria, Dena, and Debbie today at Optical Dimensions. They were absolutely fantastic. They were welcoming, friendly, conversational, and so much more. They were able to provide me with exceptional customer service. I can tell this is how they treat all of their customers. If you are going to other places for your eye needs, I can tell you this …….. you are doing yourself a disservice by not going to Optical Dimensions and having these wonderful people assist you.
