Today I was a new patient at Optical Fashions, and they couldn't have been better! Needed a new optometrist because mine retired. All of the staff were great and fortunately found an opening for an eye exam. Terrific selection of glasses too. This business has been around since the 1960s so I'm looking forward to a long relationship. Thank you!

Went to the one in xenia but my glasses were sent here. First got my glasses back after a month or so didn't have the Transition lenses I paid for so they got sent back in. Got them back then the lenses were in the wrong spots got sent back the lead lady of putting the glasses in said they were in the right place bc she had 3 people to check them but they were wrong. They broke my frames then said I could get a refund but they wouldn't pay for the frames breaking or try to fix them or option 2 get two crappie frames one with the Transition and one without. Took about 3 months to actually have glasses and didn't get compensation for my time or for them breaking my frames.

I've been going to Optical Fashion's for a few years now. Am very happy with the doctor, and especially the front desk person. Am sure that I get the best care at Optical Fashions. If you're looking for a nice place, and to get the best care for your eye's you need to visit one of the location's for Optical Fashions.
