Ok so I saw a heap of low ratings and talking about rude staff. I don't think it's the actual on site staff but the call service they use for all their locations. A call center. The woman I spoke to was rude, short tempered and sarcastic. I was just trying to make an appointment lady. IT'S NOT my fault that the website y'all use isn't up to date. Cause the website told me that one of the locations had moved (the location I go to) and she started giving me that locale as the place to go and I politely told her the website said that location closed and merged with a different one. She proceeded to be condescending toward me in tone and word. Calling me hun and talking to me like I am slow. (I KNOW I was polite. I do the customer service voice when I have to talk on the phone) So I am leaving 2 stars for the call service Optical fashions has decided to use AND the out of date website.

Every time I come here the service is very poorly, and the receptionist is always rude like your bothering her. I stopped going here because of that reason. I only needed my glasses to be tightened, but they are never open at the Huber heights location. Website says they close at 6pm but their doors say otherwise.

Called to make an appointment this morning (second try). No answer, again. Called back. Woman who answered was very curt and annoyed and asked if I would hold. So I held for about 15 mins until I heard someone click back on, and then they hung up. If they can't manage to receive incoming calls, I question how professional the remainder of the interaction would be.
