I had a wonderful experience at Optical Impression! Kristina and Daisy were absolutely amazing—so friendly, always smiling, and they never made me feel rushed. Their warm and welcoming attitude truly stood out. Dr. Karen is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and very accommodating. I love this shop; they always make me feel special. Highly recommend!

My glasses broke, and for a small fee, Christina at the front desk was able to transfer my lenses into a new pair of frames extremely quickly! Great customer service, will definitely return in the future.

The level of confidence at the front desk is amazing. It’s exactly what I look for when I’m scoping out a doctor’s office. The staff are punctual, professional, and keep your best interests in mind at all times. They do complementary adjustments on frames in house. I just found out this morning when I picked up my glasses. They also know that eye appointments can be expensive. They’re up front with pricing and only give recommendations based on exactly what you tell them. No filler charges, no gimmicks, no haggling. That’s respectable business.

I have been seeing Dr King for many years. I trust her 100% to do what is best for her patients. She always explains what she finds in the exam in plain English. You never feel like she is rushing. I took my Mother to see her today. Her recommendation for my Mother was to keep her current glasses because she would not benefit from a new prescription. The girls who help you with your frames if you need new ones are always kind and helpful.

My husband and I finally got around to much-needed eye exams and subsequently new glasses. Dr. King was very professional and very sweet. Her staff was great in helping us pick out glasses (so many choices!). Super happy with the whole experience!

It was easy to get an appointment. They were professional, very courteous, and efficient. My glasses were ready within 3 business days.

Dr. King is wonderful about thoroughly answering our questions & she was vital in recommending an incredible specialist for my long awaited blepharoplasty. The staff make picking out glasses easy & are accommodating with everything else in between. I can't ask for a better group of professionals for my family's eyecare needs.

I cannot praise the staff enough! From the doctor to the ladies upfront, I have received nothing but amazing care! From picking our glasses to fixing them, because my daughter breaks hers once a week, they are always smiling and willing to help. Definitely worth 5 stars!

I originally called Della at the N Char location and she schedule me for Goose Creek. Very sweet front desk rep. I went to my daughter's appt today and it was easy going from start to finish. MD Karen was super laid back and my 14 year old daughter mentioned that she had never had an exam like hers today. She's won't be seeing anyone else but MD Karen. Clean office and professional staff. Loved the eye glass choices. Thank you and see you next year ladies!

I made an appointment because needing an appointment at the end of the year is impossible and this was the only one that worked with my schedule. Dr was rude and impatient before dismissing my concerns and refused to give me a contacts exam which I stated I wanted at time of booking my appointment and when I checked in. Would not recommend this practice or doctor.

This was my family’s first time at Optical Impressions and we had the best experience. I highly recommend. We will be a returning customer every year. All staff are professional and friendly. We received our glasses within the time period frame that was given.

Great customer service! And they able to fit me in to get my glasses replaced. The receptionists were very nice and prompt with getting my glasses. And the doctor was very nice and courteous!

Overall a great experience at this location. Dr King was very informative and answered all the questions I had. Christina and Daisy were very warm and welcoming, and even helped me find the perfect frames!

Nicky and her staff were extremely helpful. I received my glasses and they adjusted them and the adjusted them until it was correct. I would recommend this store reasonably priced but service is phenomenal.
