It was very pleasurable to come in to this facility. I met Melanie. She was awesome. She took my insurance information. She found out exactly what I was able to get and then she helped me look through potential glasses and help me find the most perfect match because I didn’t have anybody with me to help me and she was very knowledgeable about everything that was she did not try to scam or work you had any extra money she gave you options I would ask for Melanie. She’s the greatest.

Had to go in to get my mother and myself both glasses. Melanie was absolutely amazing and so very helpful. We needed several accommodations and she never rushed us even though she stayed late to help us. The best experience I've ever had getting glasses. I recommend them highly.
