Awesome customer service! I took my daughter in twice now and have had amazing service both times. My kid was nervous going in but Adalyn made her feel very comfortable and was extremely patient helping my girl pick out "cool" glasses (since my 12 year old says I don't know what's cool) she helped her try on tons of pairs until picking out 2 pair that she loved! The other staff were boosting my girls confidence with sweet comments as well while they were helping other customers. Customer service and prices are why we are never going anywhere else! Exam conducted by an actual ophthalmologist! Excellent experience! The office staff was very professional, as well. Selecting frames was never easier. Highly recommend!

Quoted my sister $49 dollars for an eye exam, then said $69, and ended up trying to charge her $120. Unprofessional, uncaring, con artists. They should be ashamed of the service they provide. Avoid at all costs!
