Brought my daughter in for her first exam and glasses and we were treated very kindly AND in and out pretty quick! The lady who helped me was super nice and helped with the whole process! The Dr was nice, calm, and patient with my daughter which made for a comfortable appointment. I chose this location because the Kennedy (Tampa) location isn’t always consistent with kindness so I’m happy that my daughter had a nice experience. Thanks we will be back!

Optical outlets has great product and outstanding service. Chloe helped me not only with my style and fitting but to get the best deal (which, not surprisingly, is always through their discount program and never through my insurance). My two new pairs were ready sooner than expected and I felt like I got the best price. Eye exam to new glasses, I have always been happy with Optical Outlets and their staff at the St. Pete location!

About 18 months ago I had an eye exam at Optical Outlets on 4th Street in St. Pete. I was very pleased with the glasses and with the price. About six months ago I fell asleep with the glasses on and broke one of the temples. Two more times since then and on all three occasions I was able to get replacement frames on the spot for very little money. I wanted to compliment the Office Manager, Megan Engel, for her courtesy, great attitude and her amazing ability to make everyone feel at ease. I've already recommended a neighbor and she also marveled at the great service! Thank you Megan & Optical Outlets for a job well done!
