Brought my elderly mother for her first eye exam ever. Staff and Dr were so patient and helpful. Also bilingual which was very helpful. Such a great experience defined recommend.

Professional and friendly staff. Doctor was great and very kind. They also have a good selection of glasses.

I am in California from out of state to run a half marathon at Disneyland. My glasses flew off on a ride and were unattainable by the ride operators. With the half marathon the very next morning, all hope seemed lost. The wonderful people at Optima Vision Optometry saved the day by helping me obtain a set of contacts before the race. Literal superheroes - thank you again!!

If you are looking for a place that truly cares about your vision, then this is the place! I had my first visit here with Dr.Pham. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind, she caught issues in my eyes that other places I've been to before never have. I feel she went above and beyond for me, I'm grateful for her and her staff for making me feel comfortable and helping me through the process.

Made an appointment earlier in the week first time visiting the location , my appointment time was at 4:50 PM I called them informing them I had to work late and I’d be late, man over the phone said it was fine to still come. If your from California you know traffic after 3PM is terrible, as I enter the business to get checked in They have a bald gentleman on the phone being rude saying it’s too late for me and the doctor “can’t see me cause it’s too late” but his college explained to him that he spoke with the doctor & it was okay ? How about you guys get off the phone and assist your clients in the store? By far the worst experience going to an optometry. You guys should all get on the same page and run your business correctly. 2/3/2022

I came here from my parents’s compliment, they good had good experiences at this office in the past. As I also works in the medical field, I am generally very understanding of the challenges and 'controlled' chaos of a busy clinic. However, the customer service during my visit was disappointing. I was left waiting for over 20 minutes while the staff and doctor were busy with ordering food. Meanwhile, another doctor appeared to be prioritizing social time with friends over patient care. I understand that breaks and personal connections are necessary, but they shouldn't come at the expense of a patient's time—especially when that patient was referred by loyal clients. I expected the high level of professionalism my parents raved about, but unfortunately, that wasn't my experience.

Everyone was friendly, they made me feel welcomed. All my questions were answered.

Love this optometrist. She truly cares for her patients and has great bedside manners apart from being great in her profession. Highly recommend
