The optometrist was knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns, ensuring a comprehensive eye exam. They also have a stylish range of eyeglasses to choose from. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Kao and her staff at Optimal Vision Optometry. Dr. Kao is so friendly and knowledgeable and offers so many options that can cater to your personal needs. She's very thorough in her exams and explanations about what's going on with my eyes. She's very personable and relatable and honest when you ask her questions. The customer service from her staff is amazing as well. Miguel was so great in helping me figure out what types of contacts and frames would work best for me and they never try to sell or push anything on me. He helped fix my current frames to fit my face more comfortably and helped pick a new frame that would suit my face shape. His breakdown of what my insurance would cover was also very appreciated. I also love the use of their technology to call or text me back when they're unable to answer my call and when my items are ready for pickup. Overall, I highly recommend this place to everyone.
