This afternoon I was having difficulty with my contact lens and was near my optometrist so I decided to stop by and see if she could help unfortunately the clerk refused to ask if the optometrist could give me a replacement or trial lens so I could drive home safely. I understand the policy but this was an instant when you could help one of your patients and make a forever customer instead of sending a patient away disappointed and left to drive home with one lens.

This is a wonderful staff that cares about their patients. Very knowledgeable about the eyes and help you with the transition and understanding for first timers. Will recommend to others and will come back. Thank you 😊 …

I’ve been going here for more than 3 years and they’re my go to for vision works. The staff are friendly and the optometrists ate super helpful. The price is also very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I was a last minute walk in and they were able to take me in thankfully. Very nice staff, they had me in and out quickly. Dr Tran was very nice and patient as well.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Tran since 2006, and she and her staff have always provided outstanding care from start to finish. From the moment we arrive, we are warmly welcomed by her staff. The assistants are professional and thorough during the pre-exam process, and Dr. Tran is always gentle, patient, and knowledgeable about the latest eye care products and technology. Recently, Dr. Tran fitted me with my first pair of progressive contact lenses after I struggled this year with regular contacts and reading glasses. The change has truly been life-changing, and I’m so grateful for her expertise and guidance. Dr. Tran is also wonderful with kids. My son plays sports, and at age 9 she recommended that he was ready for contact lenses. She encouraged him every step of the way as he learned to put them in for the first time, making him feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. He was so excited and happy with the change. Thank you, Dr. Tran and staff, for your exceptional care over the years!

Super friendly staff, helped us a lot!

I purchased new glasses from americas best and could never read after 2 weeks of wearing them and the manager there kept insisting my prescription was off, took my prescription to visionworks using the same prescription and I could read with my new glasses. Dr. Flanders and he’s staff did a very good job in making sure I had the correct prescription on my visit. I would recommend this place for anyone needing eye prescription.

She was a phenomenal person/doctor! Went above and beyond to make sure my contacts were the PERFECT fit; staff was great & very friendly. The ease of admission was also super smooth and fast. Definitely recommend 1,000 percent!
