Language barrier is a big issue in this location and communication skills are necessary when dealing with someone's vision overall unpleasant expierience for the lack of communication.

If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST customer service ever. Every single individual in this place has a despicable attitude. They don’t even acknowledge you and then finally after a long wait, they want you out fast and give you issues for EVERYTHING. The sales rep (an older woman with glasses) suggested I get some Gucci frames. I said no thanks because they are overprice and ugly. She said “don’t say they are overprice, say you can’t afford them” I quote her. Excuse me!! it should be none of her business how I choose not to spend my money, neither is their selection the best. Last but not least I saw a frame I liked and asked her to tell me the price with my insurance applied. She had the audacity of telling me she could not apply the discount because then she would have to go after my insurance for the money. 1. That’s is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. 2. Is it not my problem how she gets the money from the insurance. Please note that they are an in network provider and if they have problems with the insurance why do they accept it?! Once again I should not be penalized for this. After I said I would come back she took the glasses off my hands and turned around and never looked back again, so I walked out. Avoid yourself an aggravation and avoid this place at all cost. Not worth it. They are overprice anyways.

This hidden gem is a great alternative to the faceless corporate chain optical stores. The doctor was very kind and has a cheery personality. There is a great selection of up-to-date frames here, and the staffs provides great advice to help you find the perfect ones for your needs. At first the choices seem overwhelming, but they always find several for you to try on to help you narrow the search. Their advice is professional and courteous, not pushy. Sometimes I just stop in to say hello!

Excellent service, have been coming here for years. Doctor is excellent. Always gets the right prescription for me and has a wide variety of glasses to chose from. I recently got my contacts and staff were very helpful teaching me how to put them on. They taught me in less than 20 minutes how to efficiently put the contacts in and how to take them out while also teaching me how to take care of them. Would definitely recommend going here.

Horrible customer service they made an appointment for me same day I asked ahead of time what their last appointment would be they gave me 6:30 to then call me later in the day if I could arrive earlier I explained I was getting out of work that’s why I asked for a late arrival and the location is so horrible for parking as well that by 6:32 they closed the location and at the door they said just come back next week mind you their business hours are until 7p. So unless you are out of work before 5p or you do not work then this is the place for you but my recommendation is look elsewhere because the parking situation is horrible as well!

Was trying to inquire info and the first lady was trying to help but seemed "new" and mentioned that their system was not the best so that was discouraging. Then out of nowhere she tells me "brb" and then puts on a Spanish speaking lady...I don't speak Spanish so idk why she even did that. Anyway I won't be shopping there ever again.

From the moment I arrived, they treated me very kindly, explained everything clearly, and assisted me in the best possible way.

The day you come to the office very happy because they know you have to pay but when you go to pick up the glasses very bad attention I had to wait more than 1 hour because they were seeing travel photos they had taken. Bad bad attention.

Great service people are so kind and helpful they help you to find your perfect glasses that fits your face perfectly, I currently attend this place to check on mines.

I Am here to edit my review. My visit with the doctor was excellent, my complaints were with the ladies in front trying to sell people expensive glasses, almost forcing people.

This is just horrible we took about TWO HOURS to wait for a pair of glasses they lied that the glasses were going to be done in a week and it took about three weeks I hope there is an update on staff and hope they get better

I had a pleasant experience with this store. The frames & lens for my son are perfect. The pricing was fair. The lady taking care of us was the owner, very knowledgeable. The most important part to me is, my son can see. One thing I did see, is the kind of people who walk in this place while I was here who are cheap fighting the pricing. Low life's

Place was horrible. The staff attitude is unpleasant no one has customer service skills n PLEASE!!!!!! Do not give ur Social Security number to use insurance no retail store should request that information from you. Ur INS ID should be enough

The day of service was all great however, they were unable to even have a log in for the insurance to check on the benefits, I had to wait about 1 hr to get taken care of. Then they submitted the claim with the wrong date of service screwing up my Vision benefits. Subsequently they tried to refuse service after they submitted the claim because they are not happy with the money the insurance will give them as deals between vision providers and insurance providers are made, they do not have anything to do with the patient. I called to follow up several times only to deal with attitude and lies indicating they were waiting on my insurance however, when I called my insurance they indicated that they are just waiting on a new corrected claim. This has yet to be resolved and it has been 24 days.

Without a doubt the best optical store in the entire area - and I tried almost all of them. I was attended to by Julie, who went absolutely above and beyond. This is a family business with a soul, offering perfect professionalism without compromising the human element in their interactions. I had a somewhat complicated problem and they were the only ones that proved capable of resolving it. Saved my vacation. Gracias Julie! Te debo una.

If you have time to waste, this is the place to go. You have to wait basically an hour an a half to be seen. Everything is so outdated and when I say everything even the dr. He moves at turtle pace.
