My insurance will only let me be seen at this Optiview location. No other eyeglass place takes my insurance in Toledo and when I called my insurance to get the number they gave me this number and a number out of Ohio so I called the schedule the appointment and the lady tells me to do what I already did she goes. You need to call your insurance company and find a different place to schedule because we’re scheduled out till March. I’m like that’s next month. I need to still schedule and she did not want to schedule me an appointment. I just called because they called me because they had an opening so I called them back and it’s that same Lady she said her name is Jasmine. Who knows if that’s real or not but I knew it was her because when I explain to her that the lady called but couldn’t find me because it was the wrong number to call her back if it was the right person who called she goes and smacks her lips gets an attitude and starts giving me a hard time. This lady hates her job.
