I have been going to this clinic for annual eye check up and it has been a wonderful experience for me. Dr. Shivani Ram provides an excellent customer service and gets the right eye prescription that suits my need. I’m happy to have discovered this clinic and I would recommend their services. Please ask for Dr. Shivani Ram, she is the best eye doctor! I get my prescription from here and go to Costco to get my glasses.

They take forever to make your prescription glasses. Every time you call they keep extending the dates. They say they make it in Sacramento, I doubt it. I do not understand what takes them so long. Everywhere else I had my glasses done it was less than 2 weeks- these guys take 16-18 working days( almost a month) and there is no communication on the orders. Will not do business with them again.

This place really takes the cake when it comes down to poor customer service. I had my eye exam, ordered two sets of glasses (one prescription sun glasses, one progressive for every day use), then I waited for 3-4 weeks to get them. The sun glasses prescription were fine, but the every day pair was not. They felt totally off. So the staff checked them out and found there was an error, so they were sent back to the lab to be redone. Fast forward another 3 weeks and I got my glasses today just to find out that they have the wrong prescription, again. The store manager totally ignored my statement that the prescription was wrong, telling me that I just needed to wear them for a while. Guess what? the sun glasses have the same distance prescription and feel just fine. My old glasses, which are supposed to have similar prescription also feel just fine. So it is not me. To correct the issue the office manager told me that I needed to make another appointment with the doctor, redo the analysis, and then wait another 3 weeks. There is no one I know that would be happy with this kind of customer service. Why should I have to wait for months to get prescription glasses? They should had offered an expedited service to see the doctor and to rush the order. They did not care! There was zero empathy from the manager and was totally unwilling to do anything outside the "prescribed process". I was not allowed to cancel the order and I am not willing to take another two months to get my glasses from this service provider who apparently has no idea as to what quality service means. I am taking my business to another provider.
