Dr. C is very attentive and welcoming, she always provides thorough explanation. The staff are awesome as well, especially Alexa!! Me and my family all come here :)

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my son and I received from the receptionist during our recent visit to the Wethersfield office. Her behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I asked her to wait a moment so my son could choose his glasses and I could provide his medical insurance card, she abruptly got up from her seat, stormed out of the office, and slammed the door behind her—loudly stating, "I am not going to argue with you," along with some other dismissive remarks. This outburst was completely uncalled for and deeply upsetting, especially in front of my child. I expected a basic level of courtesy and respect, and instead we were met with hostility. This experience has left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome, and it raises serious concerns about how patients are treated at this practice.

Called for information to my surprise the person who answered the phone was rude unprofessional and rude hung up on me
