Dr bold is a wonderful doctor, but the reason for the 1 star review is the disgusting behavior of one of the receptionists I’m not sure her name but this women was incredibly rude and her customer service skills are horrendous I’ve gotten better customer service from McDonald’s workers. Not to mention she gave out my personal information to someone else, despite them having my number and contact information which they should’ve known better, WHICH IS A HIPPA VIOLATION. She over charged me when I specifically said I wanted the cheaper option and when I tried to get it sorted out she was incredibly rude, called me a liar and overall trying to scam and threaten me. When I called back to get her name and information, she hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a so called “professional” establishment.

Scam. Do not go to this optometry. After telling them I will only be getting an eye exam they proceeded to order me a pair of glasses to which I never approved or asked for. Then they spammed my phone asking for payment. Then they gave my info to a collection agency to try and get the payment. So I now have to take this to court to get this off my credit. These people will try to scam you!
