Lisa helped me to pick out my new frames and some custom color contacts at Optometrix today. She was so kind and sincere I was bursting with pride and I don’t even work there. I found just the right frames that match my face shape and hair style and give me a bit of fashion while remaining comfortable to wear. The prices are high dollar but not if you carry insurance.

Avoid at all costs. Today I was in the neighborhood running errands and walked past Optometrix. I went in and asked if I could pay to have my frames adjusted (I just got a new pair from Jacques Marie Mage a few weeks ago and they were too tight). The man at the counter scoffed, said he couldn't help me, and that I should "take them back to where I got them and get a full refund because they don't work with my face". What? They just needed to be adjusted. I've been wearing glasses since I was 12 years old. This ain't my first rodeo. I walked down the street to Morgenthal Frederics where I was greeted by an extremely nice and helpful woman who adjusted them on the spot. Lesson of the day: go to Morgenthal Frederics. In addition to great customer service, they have a much better selection of frames.

Great service by Justin, very helpful and friendly, not pushy. Quite a wide selection of unique and eclectic frames + shades. The Theo frames I bought are so cute and comfortable…love them!
