Needed a quick appointment since moving to LA as I was running out of contact lenses! They got me in quick and were so friendly and helpful. Convenient location, very welcoming and sociable staff. The Optometrist was so thorough and just so helpful. I work long hours and am often staring at computer screens. She was so helpful with my Dry eyes. She also was so helpful when choosing my prescription and it really felt as though she was really taking the time to make sure we went with the best fit for me. Highly recommend, will definitely be going back!

Extremely nice staff. I called to ask if they could fix my glasses (the tiny screw had come out of the hinge). They fixed it free of charge, wiped the lens clean and tightened both screws, and even apologised because the new screw was silver instead of black! They were so nice and welcoming, would definitely recommend coming here.

I was visiting LA the weekend and forgot my contact lenses. Called Optometrix and instead of charging me for boxes I didn't need, they gave me samples in my prescription to hold me over for the weekend. They were the nicest people and helped out in a pinch!
