I was in El Paso for business and ended up losing the only pair of contacts that I had. With no prescription in hand and on a tight schedule I took a taxi to OptomeTrust to get my eyes checked. I walked out an hour later seeing more clear than I initially did. Looks like I will be flying to El Paso to get my eyes checked!

They don't work on the weekends nor they know that they may answer the phone while conducting business.

They are not open at the hours they say, in addition to a lack of punctuality and professionalism. If you have problems with the prescription or the prescription, they don't fix it immediately, but they charge you from the beginning, then they ignore it and bring you back.
