10 minute wait time. Dr. Chen and his team were very professional and personal. The rooms were clean and the exams moved through the rooms with the different equipment, tests and exams without delay. All the questions we asked were answered with detailed explanations. All in all a good experience.

Dr. You is caring and spends time with you. I highly recommend. I used to see a different doctor in this practice who didn't allow me to ask questions or speak. So rude and uncaring. No thank you. Go see Dr. You instead. I am very happy now.

I was a patient for two years, and totally agree with the comments about office inefficiency and long, long wait times. But this was not the reason I found a new doctor. When my eye was severely scratched on two out of three consecutive visits I complained to the Doctor. He told me he was offended, and responded as if I should just keep my mouth shut and accept whatever happens. I tried to tell him how I thought it was happening, but he didn't want to her it and after about a minute of telling me off he told me to leave his office. This is the most unprofessional "doctor" I have ever had. I would not recommend.
