The staff is very friendly and helpful, and very professional and knowledgable. One of the girls even repaired a pair of glasses I did not buy from them that my dog tried to eat! Good service and great personalities!

Great service and fast getting everything done. Will be returning back next time and highly recommend to anyone in need of an exam, glasses, and even prescription on Oakley sunglasses

My Mom went to this office for eyeglasses.... 8+ weeks later and 3 different measurement errors by the office staff she still does not have her glasses. My Mom has had to go back 3+ times and every time they get some measurement incorrect causing yet another delay. She keeps getting told two weeks and again two weeks go by and no glasses. On one occasion they tried to tell my mom they were waiting on her insurance when she had already paid the full balance out of pocket, causing yet another delay. The last two weeks go by only to be told it will be another 5 days because the machine at the lab is broken. It's so difficult to understand the neglect and lack of care or compassion from an office like this. Overall experience has been nothing short of underwhelming. When I called on behalf of my Mom...they were very nonchalant about the situation, unapologetic and taking no responsibility and accountability for all the previous errors. In my long experience in customer service, with things in and out of our control a good business will attempt to make things right. In our case they have offered no course of action to remedy or compensate for the situation. At this point we hope and will be lucky to have her glasses in 5 days. In the meantime we will be looking for an alternative business for any future services.
