After the exam, I was offered two different prescriptions. I was confused why this I was the case. I asked that the Dr.come and explain the exact difference in the two. After waiting for almost an hour; I decided to go with the more expensive, “progressive,” lenses. I consequently never received a phone call from the optometrist. I never received a phone call or text informing me the glasses were ready. My wife had to call to verify they were in after almost a month. When I received my glasses, the prescription was incorrect. I asked at the time why the optometrist never called me and was told “the Dr doesn’t make phone calls.” I scheduled another exam and was given a different prescription. Well, this was was also incorrect as both times my eyes were strained looking through the lenses. I asked for my money back and was told they wouldn’t refund the co-pay that I paid. I never received an apology for the poor service and the office manager constantly acted like I was being unreasonable. I’m still in need of glasses for work and driving. Do not go to this vendor. I am going to escalate my experience, especially since they refused to refund my full payment, which is fraud.

I’ve been going to this location ever since I was a child and the name was Cottonwood Vision, but now at the age of 28 I can’t say I recommend this place anymore. Ever since I changed my insurance due to financial issues I’ve been met with extremely poor customer service. After the switch I wanted to make an appointment and was told the next one I could make wasn’t for 6 months due to my insurance and when the day came I couldn’t make it. Rescheduling then after I was able to get one in a few days and when I asked why was the last one months later there was no comment as well I was told “Be careful with missing this one, because I see you like to miss appointments.” Even as a life long customer apparently not having insurance they like you’re treated differently, I’ll be going somewhere else now. Thank you for the years Orbit.

Friendly, helpful, staff and Dr. Carlyle is great. We have been very happy at this office.
