Dr. Puckett and Dr. Beardsley are absolutely wonderful! We could not be happier with their care, attention to detail, and skill. They have saved our daughter's sight, and for that we can never thank them enough. Dr. Puckett has performed surgery on our pediatric child, and his skill and bedside manner is absolutely amazing. We are so incredibly happy to have their care!

Dr. Weber and his staff were very kind and thorough and professional. I am a former nurse, and I can be very critical; but I have only good things to say about these folks.

I had a very positive experience at Oregon Eye Consultants in Eugene. I did not have a long wait at any point in my exam process. Everyone was courteous, helpful and thorough. Dr. Kunz figured out what the problem is with my eye where others could not. I was pleased and impressed and would return here if needed.

Do everything you can to find another set of doctors to address your eye needs. These people care nothing about you as a patient or for their staff that keeps it all moving. You will wait 2 plus hours to be seen for 15 minutes...they fire staff for leaving work early due to family emergencies such as an attempt of suicide, saying it's an unexused absence! Way to support your team members and their families! Absolutely pathetic!

the office staff has no idea what the other is doing - trying to call - waiting up to an hour on hold trying to reschedule surgery. left messages on VM & with person answering phone. 10 days. never got a call back. when i finally asked for a supervisor i was able to get a date for surgery & a “time frame” originally i was given a date & time for surgery 1 & 1/2 weeks in advance. i was told they do not do that. they give a “time frame”! i feel if they can’t return calls or communicate with each other to schedule a surgery - do i really want them doing surgery?? even though dr was very kind - the office help was awful! very frustrating trying to deal with this office. i have decided to not continue dealing with this office.

Dr. Beardsley, a personal thank you for the great care, professionalism and compassion you extended to me and that carried over to all of your staff that I had to see as well. Much respect to all of you and continue making life brighter for all who enter your facilities seeking care. Truly great professionals!!
