STAY AWAY. P.S. Lense crafters will perform an eye exam at half their cost. Had to cancel my appointment due to unexpected circumstances and they want to charge a $50 cancellation fee. They did not mention anything about the cancellation fee when scheduling the appointment. Response to the owner: I can't remember the last time I had to pay a cancellation fee; that is not "industry standard". It is a good way to drive business away when you are in an overly saturated market competing against big chains. There were no confirmation texts, calls, or new patient intake forms provided. Send me proof of any of these and I'll eat my words and delete this review. Perhaps that is your policy but your employees did not follow it. Over the phone this clinic quoted $140 for an eye exam. The exact same exam at lense crafters is $65. Most importantly. THERE WAS NO ONE TIME GRACE OFFERED. EVEN WORSE, when I asked to reschedule, your receptionist said that I would be required to pay the $50 cancellation fee when I came in for my rescheduled appointment !!! YOU ABSOLUTELY DESERVE A 1 STAR REVIEW.

Was a customer of theirs. Bought some contacts. Rebate didn't work at first. Took months to get a response. Some of the contacts weren't a good fit for my eyes. They agreed to take them back for a refund or different lenses. I tried on new lenses that felt great. They have no idea which lenses they were. They agreed to just refund my money. Still haven't seen any of that money or heard from them again.
