The customer service and selection was great but these lenses are the worst. I have had them about 17 months and they are covered in scratches and smear and fog up all day long.I have to clean them 3 or 4 times a day.They advertise 150 $ glasses but these were about 400$.For sure I won't be going back there.

I'll preface this by saying that i've been going to Oscar since it opened and have usually had a great experience. Im sad to say this was not the case this time. Though I love the glasses, the process of getting them, and being charged more than was quoted (and paid for) in store was extremely frustrating. I also had the same experience as another reviewer that the staff gave me an eta on the frames, and I had to call and follow up before they let me know they were ready. I live our of town and have to make a special trip to get the exam and pick up. I love supporting local business, but I'll be finding something closer to home after this experience.

I’ve been going here for the last few years for vision care and I’m always treated well and very happy with their eyewear products. I have sensitivity to contacts and they were very patient with me in helping me to find a brand that works for me. Definitely recommend!
