The doctor and professional staff are excellent. However, the automatic message that comes to the patient could be improved. The office called me one day before my appointment to tell me that I needed to get a referral from my primary care doctor. This information should have been given to me earlier as I had to scramble around and call my doctors office to get it expedited. Outlook eye & laser sent out a reminder several days ago. They could have just added this information to that reminder, mentioning that HMO patients need a referral. I mentioned this to the person at the front desk, but she was not receptive to it. I think this change would help many patients like me.

The staff and doctor are very pleasant and treat you as a valued patient not a number. The doctor takes time to hear your concerns and gives great feedback. My whole family has been seeing Dr Jadav for many years and will continue to do so. I highly recommend him and his staff!

I was very hesitant about the whole procedure but losing my vision wasn't something I wanted the rest of my life. This is a game changer! To have better eyesight is something we shouldn't pass up. Dr Jadav did an excellent job and I highly recommend him. Thank you DJ!
