My experience with ordering contact lens with the clinic has been HORRIBLE and EXTREMELY STRESSFUL, TIME TAKING and UNFRUITFUL. I went for my annual eye exam and requested for contact lens prescription. They made me call and visit multiple times and I had to follow up during every step. They charged me for a service I have not received :/. Below is a snippet from the email I wrote to them for which I have done 2 follow ups as of now and they still haven't responded even though the lady in the store said she will email me on Friday Nov 24th 2023 and now it's Dec 5th 2023. Email sent on Tuesday, Nov 21st: "I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to follow up on my recent order of contact lenses. I had come by and called multiple times for the contact lens. Even though the request was put in for overnight shipping on last Wednesday and we expected it to come in last Friday, I was informed on Monday that it was expected to come in today (Tuesday) which it didn’t. Today, I had called in multiple times and was told that it’s expected on Friday now. Unfortunately, I am leaving Seattle tomorrow morning and I won’t be around to pick it up on Friday. Furthermore, I noticed that my insurance claim shows a claim for contact lens fitting on 10/26/2023 which in fact didn’t happen till I came in on November 8th to request for the prescription and then order for the trial lens was placed. The actual fitting happened on November 14th (last Tuesday). And I see that you’ve charged my insurance on November 15th Wednesday for the contact lens order. I understand that delays can happen during holidays, but I was not informed of any such delays when I placed the order. If I had known about this on Wednesday, then I wouldn’t have placed an order for the contact lens with the clinic and especially with overnight shipping. I would have ordered it online myself or with another provider. I am travelling internationally tomorrow and I really need the contact lens. "

Thank you very much for the help at the counter and the doctor. Today is my friend's follow-up visit one week after cataract surgery. She can't drive and lives far away. I do not know what happened but Humana transportation service brought her to Kirkland eye care, I picked her up and take her to Bellevue office. She have passed her appointment, so we sincerely asked for help and consideration to be seen instead of rescheduling for it is so hard for my friend. The doctor and counter staff are so considerate and kind to use their lunch break and see my friend. we are really thankful for your professional care with loving and kindness.

I’m giving this clinic 5 stars even though today, for some reason, they were running an hour behind. This never happens. I’ve been seeing Dr. Coday here for several years. She is so smart, professional and nice. She is a Harvard grad, which is so impressive. I know I’m in very good hands. Everyone working at this clinic is always so nice and professional as well. Thank you all!
